TRY UNPLUGGING THE KEYBOARD FROM THE COMPUTER THEN PLUGGING IT BACK IN, IF YOU STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AFTER THAT I WOULD SAY THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING STUCK IN OR AROUND THE KEY THAT IS MAKING IT STAY PUSHED DOWN

Keyboard problem

Try pressing both the left and right CTRL keys at the same time and

see if that releases CTRL.

Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Accessibility Options /

Keyboard Options.

Turn off CTRL lock if it's on.

If that solves it and to avoid future problems, press "Settings"

Turn off "Press modifier key twice to lock".

Turn on "Turn sticky keys off if 2 keys are pressed at once".

Or turn off "Use shortcut"

Clean your keyboard.

My laptop keyboard is locked

Examine your keyboard to ensure your "Number Lock" key is not activated.

This activation is indicated by the key being lit up.

If the key is activated, press it to deactivate the lock.

The number lock key will deactivate an entire segment of your keyboard

Start, click Run, and type regedit to open the Windows registry editor.

In the registry, open the below folders.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
Control Panel\
Keyboard\

Within the keyboard folder, you should have a string value named "InitialKeyboardIndicators" with a value of 0, 1, or 2. Below is the explanation of each of these values.

0 = Num Lock is turned OFF after the logon.
1 = Disable Num Lock.
2 = Numlock is turned ON after the logon.

My ctrl key on keyboard not function because "ctrl" key always hold down,so i can't press the other key. example when I write on word i type s the function became ctrl+s is saving file not type...

You can either free up the key or you could just plug in a usb keyboard and try that. Be very careful when trying to free up the key they are fragile, did you spill anything on the keyboard. It might not be stuck just shorted out.
Try the usb keyboard option first.
