Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
I have a GE model PSS26MSTSS side-by-side refrigerator in my house. It is approx 2 years old and we have been having issues lately. The freezer was getting warm and it looked liek somebody had left the freezer door open a bit (it has never shut as fgood as the fridge side). Once we found it we cleaned it out - removed all of the ice and then plugged it back in. In the morning the temps in the freezer and fridge went back to normal so that was good.
Now, I just nopticed that my vegetable crisper is freezing my veggies. I put a thermo in there and the temp in the top of the fridge was 37 degrees and 22 degrees in the veggie crisper. It would appear that there is a problem with the air circulation - i'm looking for a blockage somewhere but I don't know where to look - the manual doesn't say - this is where the fan is or this is where the vents are -- please help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
