Music player showing exclamation mark.

One person said there was an update to the software and it fixed the problem but I went online to re-download the software and didn't get any update information. Here is what the person posted:
I had a error close to that one. It was a picture of the player with a flashing exclaimation. I couldn't do anything with the player. It was frozen. I plugged it into the computer and no results. I changed the batterys and got no results. I found the software and hooked it up to the computer again. It said there was a software update. I followed the prompts and it worked. The music player was back to normal. So those of you that have this player MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE SOFTWARE!!!

Can't download what i need to transfer music to music player

you can put music on the player without the software, if you have some knowledge of computers open up my computer and goto the drive letter assigned to the music player and drag and drop the music you want into the KT PLAYER MUSIC folder.

How do I stop motor motion of my I-Dog Amp'd while still playing music?

While your iDog AMP'D is in "Listening Mode", hold down it's tail, and press it's nose. Make sure that you keep holding it's tail down the entire time, even after you pressed it's nose. You should see a spinning light pattern, that signifys that the motor movements are off. To turn them back on, either turn off/on your iDop AMP'D, or do the same thing but hold it's tail upwards. If your iDog AMP'D growls instead, that means it was not in "Listening Mode", and simply wait for it to start showing light patterns to music, then try again.

Hope this helped!

The dancing

manual says while dog is playing music thru the cable and lights are flashing.... to press down the tail and while holding down tail to press the nose, but on my dog it only works like 1 out of 30 tries. Supposed to see spinning lights if you did it right. If dog growls at you it is not in the right mode (music play) to do this function.
