the tray was losse so took it out and manage to slot it back in,,, now the tray
won;t stay in ,, even without cd or dvd
the screen say,,, check not complete,,,, click enter to stand by and click power to restart,,,,, still same problem ......... tray just pop out and in all the time

is this the 360 cause i have never heard of a loose tray, try to take it back to where you bought it.
