Question about HP PHOTOSMART 7520 E-ALL-IN-ONE
I just purchased the HP 7520 printer and cannot connect to the Web Service. I have tried turning off router and restarting. I have even tried using a manual IP. I can print from a computer, but everything that requires the web service won't connect. Need help.

check the ports first.. make sure that the printer is set as default ( make sure it has the green tick and the status "ready" or "online" on the printer icon in the printers&faxes. and if u want to connect it wirelessly, you have to install it as usb first before changing to wireless........

Click on Start,
Go to Control Panel,
open Printer and Faxes
look for the Printer which is HP C5280 or any icon related to same,
Choose set as default
Shutdown your computer and Printer
Check and make sure that the USB cable is connected propely
Restart the Printer first and then the computer,try Printing some thing.
if this doesnt resolve you issue then i would suggest you to uninstall the printer software and reinstall and update it from HP.com.
Please let me know about the resolution

Switch off the printer and press * & enter key together &switch on wait till you see " permanent storage int"
then release button your printer comes back to original defaults
then re-configure printer as you require

Check in control panel/device manager and see if there are any red or
yellow exclamation marks and while there see if your USB is installed
