a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Make sure that the air filter is clean and there are no restrictions in the duct system ie. carpet over register, dog lays on vent etc... If that looks OK, check your thermostat to see if it is still calling (sending a signal) to the furnace by inspecting the circuit board. I think this model of furnace will blink rapidly if there is a call for heat. You can confirm what your furnace does by looking at the board when there is a starting of a heat cycle. Keep in mind that you will need to look thru the small viewing window and not remove the door panel that has the door safety switch. The door switch de=energizes the system. The board will also blink a certain number of times if it experiences an error. You can find the diagnostic chart on the wiring diagram pasted on one of the door panels. It may give you a starting point where to look if you have an error code blinking.

Short answer, yes. However you could have another problem. Replace the thermocouple that keeps the pilot lit. You can get a universal one at any good hardware or farm store. Make sure the new thermocouple is well into the pilot flame. If the blower knocks out the pilot flame again, I would be suspecting cross contamination from a crack in the heat exchanger. As the exchanger heats up, it may be causing a small crack to open and allows the blower to extinguish the flame. It may also be causing a leak of Carbon Monoxide into the heated room air. I would get it checked out very quickly.
