Just bought Lanier LD435c. It is full of address books, emails, all sorts of settings I'd like to rid of. I am not concerned with copy count, just everything else. I have no service guy hired yet.

enter the [user tools/counter] then before you press [system settings] hold it down pressed the [#] key and while the [#] key is pressed press the [system settings] key (on the touch screen or if dose not have touch screen than press ok) and the copier will return the settings to default. You can repeat the procedure for all settings.
