The EULA that you agreed to when signing up with Pogo allows you to have your subscription on three devices. After that there is additional charges for adding devices. You may have already got three devices listed with them. If you have stopped using one or more of the previously registered devices you must let them know so they can transfer the registration over to another device. Pogo knows that no one ever READS the EULA so they just tell you you must pay for a new subscription.
you need to go to control panel, programs, and delete any program that's pogo or related.. Then start and in search window, type in pogo. any files etc. that come up get rid of. Go back to pogo and login. What you are doing is starting over as I'm pretty sure something got corrupt. Try restoring to when it worked if all else fails. good luck.
If your system freezes up during boot up, a file in the OS might have been accidentally deleted or corrupted. You could also diagnose what happened on your system by checking if you have installed something new that caused the issue. There are several ways to resolve this, either you try to do a windows system restore or you reformat the system. But before reformatting your system you need to get all your data off the computer or else you will lose everything.
I recommend trying to do a system restore, it would help you to sort the problem out. Please follow the steps below:
1. Turn the computer on or just restart the computer.
2. After switching on the computer, start tapping the F8 key. "Windows Advanced Boot Options Menu" will appears. If you're not able to do so try restarting the computer and try again.
3. Now select the "Safemode Option".
4. Ensure that you press the enter button to select it. Computer will then begin to start in safemode.
5. Now click [Start] point to [All programs] go to [Accessories Folder] then [System tools] and click "System Restore".
6. On the "Welcome system restore" page, click the "Restore my computer to an earlier time" option then click next.
7. On the "Select a Restore Point page", click the most recent system restore point in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then click Next.
--> A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
8. On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, click Next and it will restarts the computer.
This issue is caused by the security software on the computer. Most security software have features like AD blocking and Script blocking which causes this problem. You can try turning off this feature in the security software. Alternatively there are couple of things that can be done. For IE 6, goto tools manage add-ons and disable all the items except the ones which have the name Java or Flash or Sun Microsystems or Adobe. For IE7, goto Tools - Advanced tab and click on the Reset button. Or goto Tools – Programs tab – Click “Manage addons” and do the same as above. Let me know if this helps
