I purchased a Warmrails towel warmer (#BE6-S) on 12/04/08. It worked for approximately 2 weeks. It failed to heat when it was turned on this morning. The towel warmer was plugged in and the light on the unit was on.

One thing that might be happening: You could have bought a domain name with some "stink" on it. (Previous user may have abused it by breaking Google rules.) Best thing is to just get another domain name. It is impossible to tell what exactly Google is thinking - we can just surmise sometimes.
The towel warmers are designed to stay on at a relatively constant temperature to keep your bathrobes and towels fresh, warm and dry. However, should you need to turn the unit off for any reason, usually every towel warmer have an on/off button.
