Why does my headset buzz all the time even when I am charging

If it is a constant low-pitched buzzing it is probably mains hum which can be difficult to eliminate.
There are two sorts of mains hum; conducted and radiated. Mains operated audio equipment suffers from this when the power supply smoothing is ineffective or when a hum loop has been inadvertently created. High gain preamplifiers with non-shorting inputs, high impedance peripherals and long leads make equipment more vulnerable.
Even battery powered equipment with a high gain can suffer from mains hum received like low frequency radio waves radiated from nearby mains operated equipment and supply wiring.

The subwoofer output on my Kenwood VR-606 has suddenly stopped working. I have tried the "setup" several times, turning the subwoofer off and back on. Also, when I first power up the system, it emits a low...

It sounds like the problem is not with your VR-606. If you hear a hum from the sub, the problem is more likely to be in the sub's built-in power amplifier. However, it is worth resetting the amplifier to factory presets. To do this, unplug the power cable from the mains supply and reconnect whilst holding down the power on/standby key. If the hum persists, connect any powered speaker to the sub-out socket, power on and listen for the hum. If no hum then suspect the powered sub amp. Turn the sub on with no connection to the Kenwood VR-606. If hum persists, the sub has a problem and will need to be replaced or repaired. By the way, you said there is a low frequency hum through the 'speakers' for about 30 mins. Is that all speakers or just the sub? Hope this helps.
Cheers, Don.

I have a Eupoport EPA 900 system. Recently I started getting a consistent, low pitch and fairly loud hum out of both speakers. The hum adjusts with the volume, and I have tested it with various working...

Is the hum there with NO input cables connected? If not, you have bad cabling. Make sure you use only XLR to XLR mic cables and not the junky ones with a 1/4 inch plug that are for Karaoke machines. These devices usually use switching power supplies and do not have the power supply originating hum of older equipment. If the volume control adjusts the hum, then the hum originates previous to the control which is either in the preamps or the external inputs.

Adcom GFA 5500 'mechanical' hum from amplifier

Possibly. Most amps filter out line hum via low-pass filters. If you can locate a schematic, those would be the caps to check.

My Icebox computer will not start up properly. When I turn the power on, it simply hums like an old television with no signal.

Hello,if your computer is old and the noise is low frequency but very disturbing and sometimes gets louder and then lows then is your power supply and you must change it.If the noise is more high pitch and it doesn't change frequency then should be the graphic card.If its like scratching noise is the hard drive. You must figure out exactly where the noise is coming from before replace anything

You need to take a closer look really, see if anything on the power supply board inside has melted, burned, popped, etc.

Loud, high pitched hum from speakers . . .

This is GroundNoise from the TV's Backlight.

Sorry, but unless you are a Technician, you will simply need to ignore it.

If you are a technician, you can fix this by grounding the Audio ICs to the Power Supply (details not provided)

M&K series mx200 subwoofer humming

There are a couple of possibilities. The first one is just moving the ac cord that goes to the power supply away from the board by tucking it into the insulation. The other is you may have a bad (oscillating) STK- 4050 output IC which is availabe from MCM electronics. The power supply caps may also need to be replaced.
