Start with 1 turn out from bottom on both and adjust from there as needed. The screw closest the engine is low speed mixture adjustment and the outer is high speed mix. adj. Hope that helps. Dwain

I saw no Textron listed. An inspection of your saw will probably reveal a "UT-", that seems to be the key.

left my chain saw xl12 in the garage and the gas dried up need to rebuild the carb and clean up the gas where do I get a gasket kit so I can start for this unit
