Question about Computers & Internet
Try this if it does'nt work go back to were you bought it from and they will sort it for you for free,..it could be somting to do with the DNS settings,,
After all the things that I was trying, I had gone through and reset
the router and modem, not just by turning them off, but by depressing
the tiny reset button on the bottoms. This wasn't actually the
solution. In fact, it screwed up the modem and router so I had to go
back and manually set them up again, step by step. While doing so, my
mom told me about a the Linksys site www.linksys.com/check. Here
there was a variety of tools to streamline the installation process.
Again, didn't actually solve my problem of being able to access
webpages. But, while on that site, I saw a router firmware upgrade.
Looks like my router firmware was out of date. So, I
I still don't understand why I could access everything google....and
other computers using the same router and adsl modem still worked

if the computer is set up for wi-fi it might not be capble for bluetooth. if it will connect to wi-fi and not bluetooth right off then it isn't set up for it. it will have to be installed.

Components, including the processor (CPU), are overheated or burning. Unplug the computer immediately and try to identify the failed component. If it can be replaced, do so. Otherwise, try replacing the motherboard. Go to HP for documentation for installing any new component.
