Error 5100

Service error 5100 is displayed

Cause: Movement of the Cartridge Holder is blocked.
Action: Clear the paper jam or foreign object that is preventing the Cartridge Holder from moving, cancel printing from your computer, then turn OFF the machine and turn it back ON again.
With power off, move the cartridge holders manually
reseat the cartridges. Then power back on.

all the contacts are not working
remove the printer from all source the power supply and then replug. after 5min
Make sure you have removed all attached devices from the printer. then Try to reseat the ink cartridge. .
move the cartridge holders manually while power is off. to reseat the cartridges .that will clear the error.if it still persist do let me know.thanks and Godbless.
