Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It is asking you for Flash Player and the most recent version is here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You can get prior versions but, this should work for you. Make sure you look in "device manager" and make sure you have no prior versions of "Flash Player". If you do, uninstall them first. You must be out of all apps when downloading so you may want to save to file, get out of everything, open the file, then download. You may also want to get Adobe Reader, which you can get after download of the player. Mkae sure you restart after the download is finished. Another important item is Java. If you don't have Java, you can get it here:
http://www.java.com/en/
If you already have Java, make sure it's updated. Java will scan your system and tell you if you have the latest version. Again, if you need to download a new version, unistall any prior versions you may have first.

Make sure you don't have any prior versions of Adobe Flash Player in your system. Look in "programs and features" and make sure. If you have prior versions, uninstall them. You have to be out of all apps when downloading, IE: Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger, some Yahoo mails, anything that accesses internet. You will be asked to allow Active X and you should get warned about things you're in that won't allow download which, you can get out of by minimizing download, getting out, then returning to download. If it's easier, save the download to file, get out of everything, then open file and download. Adobe has a pretty good help section. You will also want to have Java, if you have Java, make sure it's up to date. You can check in "control panel", click on the Java icon then the update tab. If you don't have Java, you can get it here:
http://www.java.com/en/
Adobe's is here, just in case:

What is java script

Java script is a program that works with other programs such as Adobe Flash Player and many others to procees and enable you to read and store items. You can get Java here;
http://www.java.com/en/
If you were trying to watch YouTube you would have to have Java and a Flash Player in order for your system to process and play the video. I f you need Flash Player you can get that here;
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
You have to make sure you have no prior versions of either of these products so, check in device manager and make sure you don't have prior versions. If you do, unistall the prior versions before download od new versions.

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
http://www.java.com/en/
The first link is for Adobe. This is their latest version of Flash Player. To install properly, you have to uninstall all prior versions of the player through device manager, or the likes, first then, install new software, otherwise it won't work right When yo go to install, a window may pop up telling you whats interfereing with download,ie, Internet Explorer, mail service, etc., that you will have to exit before download will work. You will need latest version of Java for your veiwing also(second link). It insatlls pretty much the same way. Remove prior versions first. If you have Java already, you can update through device manager by clicking on Java icon and clicking on update tab.

Unable to install java software and adobe flash player.

You have to uninstall prior versions of Java before installing new. If you have a Java Icon in Control Panel, right click on icon and open Click on tab "update" and follow instructions.

How to uninstall java program on MAC

If you're talking about the version of Java installed with the Operating System, take a look at this link <http://developer.apple.com/java/faq/#remove>. Among other things the advice on this page indicates that in order to revert to an earlier version of Java you would have to re-install the operating system. Also, Java is integrated as part of the OS so I don't think it would be advisable to uninstall. Good luck.
