It's a struggle!
Pull up on the handle in the centre of the floor till it is as high as it can go.
On each of the sides there is a plastic piece in the middle. If you feel around them you can find a little button sticking out (it's on the side facing out of the playpen). Push that little button and push down on the middle of the top bar and it should collapse. There are 4 sides to the playpen - and 4 little buttons.

Do pet playpens rust? From what I can see, most of them are made from metal.

Although there are metal playpens, they are made from other materials. Rusting depends on what type and quality playpen you purchase. If you are using the playpen outdoors, make sure to fold it up and store it safely when not in use - this will ensure less chances of rusting.

Quinny buz won't collapse

Hi

We wouldn't advise anything apart from cleaning the chassis, as a build up of dirt and debris on the chassis would cause friction and make it difficult when trying to fold. Clean with furniture polish or dry Teflon spray and a soft cloth - don't use an oil based lubricant.

Other than that we'd recommend you contact the customer care team at crelations@djgusa.com for assistance.

This should help. I've included a section from the user guide for Cosco's On-the-Go Fold Up Booster (41767B)

I collapsed my Cosco Safari playpen and now I can not get the sides to stay up. They just remain collapsed. How do I fix this?

pull up the sides while the center is still up. If you flatten the center of the playpen first, the sides will not engage.

Does anyone know how to fold/collapse a triple stroller for easy storage? Does each seat have to be removed before you can fold the frame? Is there a user manual that I can review? Any help would be much...

You have to remove each seat before folding it,you can call perego at 1800-671-1701 they will send you one for free or go to www.pegperego.com to get one.

Folding up Cosco play yard

My wife and I have the same model for visits by our granddaughter. She was having the same trouble as were you and, like you, we did not have instructions.

I'm happy to share with you what I found to close the model up for storage. It may not be the same as what the manufacturer envisioned but it worked for us.

-- With the pad removed from the inside of the Pack n Play, pull up on the red handle so as to loosen the legs;

-- Next, you will find there is a big button in the middle of each of the long sides of the Pack n Play. Start with either long side. You will have to press very hard on either side of that button; I found it helpful to use both hands, one pressing on the outside of the playpen, the other hand pressing on the inside of the playpen. Pressing these together will loosen the long support arm at the open top of the Pack n Play.

-- Do the same for the opposite long side.

-- You will also do the same, one button, one side at a time, for each of the two short sides of the Pack n Play.

-- Now pull up on the red handle in the middle, and guide the four corners so they meet and close.

-- Cover.

I found the buttons may not have fully allowed the support arms to collapse, thus blocking the Pack n Play from folding down completely. If so, try pressing the button again (both the outside and the inside at the same time).

Hope this helps!

Instructions for Avalon ''On the move series'' playpen

I have had this problem with one of my daughter’s playpens. What I did was take the mattress out then pull the bottom part up. After that I pushed the buttons underneath the top rails and pulled up on those as well. For some odd reason this playpen WILL NOT collapse until you pull the bottom up. Hope this helps.

By the way, I've found it to be an exercise in frustration in trying to obtain an instruction manual from the manufacturer. I'm very disapopinted with this purchase and in particular this company.

Hope this helps!
