Question about Cell Phones
Me and my little sister were playing around and I put my phone on her table and she accidentally knocks it over. I pick up my phone, and look at it. All i see is red, blue, and green lines and what look like a crack on the inside of the phone. The screen its self is fine when i turn it off, it's black like all phone are when "asleep." Please tell me what the problem could be and how to solve/fix it. Also if i take it to the sprint store, how much would it cost to fix it.
You have cracked your LCD screen (the screen that displays the picture). The glass on top of it is called a Digitizer Screen (the screen that recognizes your finger). This is a fixable problem, but the cost to repair will depend on the phone, insurance or lack of, and who you get to repair it for you....hope this helps you some.
