Ok, I show parts that are available for that model, sounds like the control board is defective for your dispenser, or possibly the Ice maker control board. It also could be a break in the wiring or the control itself. Below is a break down for those parts, wiring and the control behind the push to dispense ice or water. Hope it is not that control because some places don't provide that part. Now if it's a connection problem that we can find, I will do mu best to help you solve this.Could you insure the model number is correct as this is very important? email@example.com

Here is what you can do to test the water. Open the back lower part of your unit by removing the fiberboard cover. Unplug your refrigerator for at least 10 minutes and swap the 2 connectors on the water valve as-sy. Then apply power and try the water through the door. If you get water at this point then one solenoid is bad on the water valve. What your doing is verifying that the water switch for the glass is working and providing power to the water valve solenoid. All your listening for is ANY water flow either through the ice maker tubing or the water in door when you actuate the water in door arm. If you still do not get water the in-door water micro switch or wiring has a problem.
Make sure when you power off again to switch the connectors back on the water valve and install the back fiberboard panel that you wait at least 10 minutes before re-plugging the wall plug. You must wait for the coolant system to stabilize. Otherwise the compressor thermal overload will continually trip and the compressor will NOT re-start.
This manual will help you determine the problem if the above did not already confirm what has failed.

The problem could be with the icemaker itself or with one of the controls that supplies power to the icemaker. It could also be a temperature problem. If the freezer temperature gets above 10 degrees, it won't cycle. You can check the temperature by placing a thermometer between some packages. Air temperature is not a good check. For more specific information, a complete model number will be needed.

Is the freezer cold enough? Should be close to 10 degrees.
Is there water or ice in the ice mold? If not put water in it and see if it dumps the ice after it's frozen. If there is ice, lift the cut off arm and let it drop to see if it will start.
If it does dump the ice but don't refill with water.
ICE MAKER NOT GETTING WATER
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. It's on the back where the water supply comes in. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the fill tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
A strainer before the inlet valve can also get stopped up restricting flow.
