1. Check that all of your apps are turned off. (double tap the home button and hold down the app til the - sign comes up. - out all of the running apps, this does not delete them).

2. You need a new battery. You can buy and replace it yourself or if it is under warranty bring it back and they will replace it at no cost to you. : )

My iPhone battery is losing power

Hi there,

You can do a few things to help preserving battery life. You can check by doing the followings:

1. If you are not using WiFi, turn it off
2. If you are not using bluetooth, turn it off.
3. Go to Settings - General - Background App Refresh. Choose the least used App.
4. Choose Settings - Privacy - Location Services. Disable ones you don't really use on a normal basis.

Hope it helps

Scooter won't move

Things to check: Drive/Free wheeling switch, brake release lever (this activates an internal micro-switch that enable power to the drive system, battery box connectors (condition of contacts - corroded, missing, loose. etc.); main control cable (corrosion. lose or missing pins, etc). If all these are OK, could be controller or drive control potentiometers (speed, forward, backward) on the handle-bar (tiller).
Good luck!

The eye of the lens won't close anymore and keep saying to turn the power on and off again, what should I do?

You might try removing the battery for a minute or two to reset the camera. You may lose any special settings in the process. After reinstalling the battery, try turning the power on and off again.

1st generation phone is frozen on apple screen, then if it goes off, it returns with a plug and lightning bolt with red in the battery, when I plug it in it goes back to the apple sign and stays frozen

Your phone is either corrupted or the battery was just drained. Plug iphone to pc, restart computer while iphone is plugged. Or What you have to do is to enter dfu mode so iTunes can detect an iPhone in recovery mode and then prompt you to restore. You will lose all your files when you do this but if you have a backup in iTunes then you're good to go. To enter dfu mode, just press both power and home buttons simultaneously for exactly 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, release the power but keep holding home then wait until iTunes detects your iphone and prompt you to restore.

Why am I losing battery power so quickly on iPhone 3g so quick? It is Jailbroke but I don't have anything special running in background, and my location settings I only have like 2 that I am allowing, but...

Look for any apps that might be running status updates every few minutes. Such as price checking apps, which updates continously hence using battery and data time.

Iphone was dropped on the floor then in about 10 min he was turned off

  1. Check to see if your iphone has battery power. Iphones will shut off, just like any device, if there is no battery life. You can check this by plugging your iphone into a power source (ie your computer through a USB or through a USB jack connector).
  2. If the battery has life, you might need to do a restore.
    1. Plug your iphone into your computer using your USB cable. At this point, iTunes will launch.
    2. Backup your data before proceeding as you could lose purchased songs or apps.
    3. Go to your iPHone's information page inside iTunes. You should see two buttons in the center of the main iTunes window. Select the Restore button.
    4. So long as you have already backed up and synced your phone, click the Restore button.
    5. Once this is complete, you'll need to select the Restore from backup options. This will allow you to restore email accounts, contacts, passwords, etc.
    6. You'll probably want to select all of the options when you are brought to your Sync
