This is a complete rundown of the error and the solution

The error means the Hard Drive fan motor is not turning. It will clear automatically by turning off the main power switch, but will keep triggering an error at startup if the fan is still having problems. you may be able to use canned air to blow enough dust off of the fan to get it running again. If standing at the copier the Hard drive is on the right side of the machine try blowing air in the ports on the rear of the frame. We always make sure to use non static canned air. If it will has problems you need to pull the Main Board and the fan and HDD is on the back of that. It only takes 4 screws to get out.

Its a cause by continuous misfeeding. You better find the cause of that problem.

to cancel the code press program key(P), asterisks, clear key, program key . when the stand by for simulation code appears type 14 to cancel the trouble code.
