Safe mode with networking

i bought an acer laptop aspire5520 and it hasnt given me any problems until now. when i try starting up my computer, it doesnt work on any mode except for safe mode with networking and in that mode i cant print, download, lison to music, ect. does anyone know how i could fix it!!!???

- unfortunitly i dont know where the disk is =( is there a way you know of to download it online for free?

Re-install windows.
Being a new computer it should have come with recovery discs.
Put it in and restart the computer and follow the prompts.
