Are they horizontal lines or vertical lines??
however you can follow the below steps
1. unplug the power chord from the back of the printer without turning the printer off... then press and hold the power button for 30 sec... then release the button... then plug in the power chord chord back to the printer.. check if it is making a copy or not..
then clean the rollers with a lint free cloth.. however the lint free cloth should e moistened with water... then clean it properly...
then do a reset on the printer..
Press BL/TL/BL/BL Buttons, in sequence. (BL: Bottom Left , TL: Top Left)
Touch Support Menu.
Press Right arrow for Reset Menu and Touch OK.
Press Right arrow for Semi-Full Reset and Touch OK.
Wait for unit to Power Down/Turn Off.
Press Power button to turn the Printer On.
THEN CHECK IF IT WORKS OR NOT...
Then try making a blank copy and check... If its still the same then service the product..
