its a relice, legacy device , that nobody used now.
well buy the spares on EBAY, there is no other way to fix the old.

It sure does sound like a battery. If it is more than 12 months old, and regularly charged(daily) , then it will need replacement.

sir u have to contact vendors or service center coz they r having softwares to upgrade os  for pda's might be a virus has entre ur phone while upgrading windows good luck
