About 15 minutes after i switch on my mobile it just freezes/locks up, cant do anything with it. Have to remove battery and reinsert it. Switch it back on and it dors exactly the same thing!
This may be due to some apps crashing or waiting for response. Goto Taskmanager and observe which process is consuming your RAM. Uninstall that may fix it.

this is the problem usually caused by virus
and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the
menu not tofunction,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the
nearest HTC serice centre,it also updates your mobile software which
increases the mobile speed....

You need to hard rest your phone... follow the steps
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the POWER button.
2. Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see this message on the screen:
Warning! Your device will be set back to factory default settings. Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.
3. Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
