It is not wise to throw parts at a problem in that fashion. In most cases the problem is related to a bad connection from the board to the display. It can also be caused from the connection in the display.

when you disconnect cable from power board to MB, does the backlight stay on, if, so, the Motherboard needs replaced again

It is a common problem for a Samsung LED TV, the problem is defective LED back lights strips.

it is a led tv you have problem with led back light strip it is need to replace with a new one (open a display and replace it)

i have 65 inch samsung tv LED UA65D8000XN if you plag in red light on if you tuch power ON was blinking then the blinking it will stop but the tv will not turn ON the tv no display no picture relay click about once per second but the tv will not turn on thanks for any solution

The problem is in one of the inverter transformers, or one of the backlight behind the display is defective.

Not familiar with this particular model of samsung LED TV, but ghosting and shadowing are usually an accepted manufacturer's defect.

If you're out of warranty and you don't wish to deal with this, contact a TV repair shop. They will most likely tell you that it's not worth repairing and recommend you purchase a new TV.
