Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I've tried re-installing, restarting computer and printer but it still says offline. I can't tell if it's connected my wi-fi the wi-fi light is solid however.
It probably changed its IP address. Try uninstalling its driver and re installing it. Some smart drivers automatically detects their printers once connected on a router.
Also check connection from device manager .....

a few questions:
-Do you know this printer IP?
-Can you ping this printer?
-How many printers do you have on your network?
-Did all the printers on your network offline or just this printer?
-Did you check the network cable that connected to your printer?
-you might try to restart printer spooling service on your print server
-If your server is still functional, you might try to reinstall/set up this printer on network

Check in your Control Panel (Printer & Faxes) if the printer is OFFLINE. Via wi-fi network, obtain the IP Address both of Printer & your computer.

You have free tech support with Lexmark for this printer. You might try contacting them. Secondarily, you could try resetting the factory defaults from the front screen of the printer, and removing the power block (the power cord is connected to it) then reinserting it.
You can access driver downloads directly at the Lexmark support site. I know that during my setup of a P705 that it would not automatically download the updates.

Fix your printer with this small utility!
Has your printer quit working? Did you try to cancel a job and it broke the printer completely? I always do that. And the method to fix it usually involves rebooting, restarting the print spooler, trashing junk print files, and sometimes even more. Not anymore.
Print Flush has a simple function: clean the print spool. If your printer's driver is incorrectly installed, Print Flush cannot help you. If you have used your printer before and it worked fine then, but it doesn't now, Print Flush can probably help you.
It also works with Vista.
