Phillips Easy Link Not working

I have a phillips lcd, model 47PFL7422D/37, hooked up to an HD Tivo. I just bought a phillips home theater system (HTS) model HTS3566d/37 which advertises easy link, where HDMI CEC compliant deviced can all be controlled with one remote. the HTS menus have options for it to go to standby with the tv, and for the tv to control its volume. this would be very useful, but i have not been able to get it to work. i spoke with phillips and they have no idea what their Easy Link system is even about.

-   Similar problem. I have the 42PFL7403D/F7and the BDP7200 (Blue Ray Player). The power off and play functions seem to enact the correct reactions in the other units, but I cannot control the TV Channels or the TV volume from the Blue Ray Player Remote, even thought those are supposed to be functions that Easy Link provides. The light on the LCD flickers when I use the buttons, but the actions never happen on the LCD. -   jonesbr
