Cd tray not opening (by 2 users)

hi. i plug it in, it turns on , put the cd tray wont open. i checked the fuses inside, and they are ok.

same problem, my son put a dvd in the cd system and now the cd tray does not want to open and the screen shows a message no disc ???
what to do ???
