Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
Hi, I have a Maytag washer thats about 10 years old. It is Model #LAT2915AAE. I can turn the dial on the Timer switch , and it fills with water, then once the water level has reached the desired level the machine shuts off, I dont feel its the timer switch , but may be the Lid Switch, or the Check switch,or water level switch, could it be the overload protector?Ive tried to reset the overload protector by unplugging the machine. Does anyone have any info, suggestions or recommendations, thanks.
Since you know about the lid and check switches, they are located under the splash (control)panel. unplug the machine and remove the screws holding the panel on. Using a meter check the switches for continuity and replace if they've gone bad.
