Question about LG Cell Phones
I flip open my phone and there's an announcement that I have voicemail. I click on 'OK'. I get connected to my voicemail, but there's this opening questionnaire about whether I want to keep, delete or listen to my extended greeting. I punch in '1' to keep the greeting, but nothing happens. So I punch in '0' to listen to the greeting. Again, nothing. After three tries, the voice at the other end says ''Sorry that you're having trouble. Please try again later.'' Then I'm disconnected.
I' ve tried connecting to my voicemail several times, but I have the same problem all the time.
How do I get around the opening message? Is there a way to connect to my Net10 voicemail account through a landline?
Most voicmail systems can be connected to via land line. You do this by calling your cell phone waiting for it to go to voicemail then when you here the voice you press the * button. It should begin the routine to access your mail. I am not sure that this will result in anything different but it is worth a try.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
