A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If your fan is running at a higher speed than you think it should, try checking your heat sink, its probably misaligned, also make sure you use the prooper amount of cpu compond when resetting it.
be sure to destatic yourself before proceeding.
good luck and if you would please leave your feedback i would appreciate it.

Oh fun fun! When you start the board, enter the BIOS and see what model it is from. Usually on the big DELL screen (post) it will say "dimension" and etc at the bottom. jot that down and search support.dell.com for drivers. If all else fails, Enter the bios and look for the service tag. jot that tag down, then visit dell website, and search for that service tag. that should get you where you want to be.
