Question about SanDisk Sansa m240 MP3 Player
I want to delete music on my MP3 player so I can download new music, but it won't letme. When ever I plug the cord into the mp3 player and the screen comes up it says to do nothing, to sync or to check files. It will always sync even if it was synceed earlier I can delete the music from the libary but not from the MP3 player itself. Help, I'm getting very frustrated i have this really weird song called energy and i hate it! i tried deleting it but it didnt delete the song from my mp3!how do u fix it?
You can remove content on the Sansa itself by highlighting the song you want to delete, then down click and select "Delete" while the song is highlighted.
Also, there is a setting within the software on the PC that you can change to prevent the Sansa from automaticaly syncing if you don't want it to do that.

There is probably an easier way to do this, but if you are listening to the song, click the bottom menu button, and then go to delete song
Hope this helped

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
