If you are using the same network on your new phone as you did on your old phone then you should not be getting any problems, so you would need to contact the service provider. If you are using a different network to your old phone you would need to get your new phone unlocked to accept your old card. Lots of shops can do this, just look for signs that says unlocking done here.

I dont know the phone lock code but if i put old 1 sim it works

The lock does not appear to be on the phone as the old SIM works. The lock is in the new SIM. You have to call the phone company or if you have the PUK code for the SIM you can go to the phone company's website and check how you can unlock the SIM card.

My blackberry torch wont except any sim other than my old one i have a new one on the same network but it just keeps saying insert sim. this is also the case when try other peoples sim card but then i put...

Your blackberry is locked on single sim card, and you can unlock that phone using blackberry torch unlock code for your network provider. You can get blackberry unlock code from your provider and they will charge you for that code or you can buy blackberry unlock code from third party sites with lower price and quick delivery service.

Cant pass the sim code

If your not really up for the work to go through for this. You can just have T-Mobile give you a new one for your phone. The SIM card transfer you would have done would have saved only your phone book.

If you are into looking to transfer the SIM card. Call your phone maker. In most Cases its Motorola for T-Mobile.
Call them, and tell them that your trying to transfer your SIM into a newer phone. Alas, They should tell you the code to unlock your phone

Hope this helps!

Need PUK2 code for CECT P168

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

Please also remember to give this solution a FixYa! rating if it helps you.

Kind regards
Dustin Ellse
