Question about Sony VAIO VGN-UX280P Notebook
A few weeks ago my Sony laptop started to behave strange. When I want to log in, and put the password, anything from the keyboard is not accepted. Then if I log in as a gust and try to log in again, then it gives me the chance to put the administrator password. When this persists, I made a complete recovery, to the original factory settings.
Now I have the admin log in only, which was created when I was making the complete recovery. I can not log in or change the password. The whole Keyboard is inactive. I can not access my laptop anymore.
Do you have any idea?
If you have admin login, you should be able to use this to set up another admin account or a user account.
Try pressing F8 on startup and try and login to the computer.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
