Water pooling inside fridge

The fridge in our office lunchroom has been working well.. however, every month when i go to clean it out, there is a pretty large amount of water under the bottom foods drawer.
I've messed with the temperature settings, the only result being the puddle of water was frozen when I turned the temp way up.

I'm not completely sure of the model.. it is a Kenmore side by side with ice maker/water dispenser.. it says "frostless 25" on the door.
It is also VERY full most of the time, and the seals around the door look a little worn.
