Re: crystal eye webcam/ acer
Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the software program. When the program asks you to connect the
camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

The fastest way of fixing it just reinstalling the driver. here's the link http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/Wireless%20LAN/Wireless%20LAN_Intel_22.214.171.124_Vistax64Vistax86_A.zip?acerid=633958596890069624&Step1=Notebook&Step2=Aspire&Step3=Aspire%206920&OS=V10&LC=en&BC=Acer&SC=PA_6
After you download it and run it. It would probably tell you If you want to uninstall instead of install. Uninstall, restart the computer and run the software again to reinstall. It should fix your issue. I hope this helps.
Go to Device Manager and open up Universal Serial Bus controllers and you should see USB Unknown Device. Right click on the USB Unknown Device and click on Uninstall. Shut down the Aspire One PC. Unplug the power adapter to the PC. Remove the battery at the back of the PC. Wait 1 minute.
Put back the battery. Plug the power adapter. Turn ON the Acer Aspire One pc. It should automatically detect the Acer Webcam and it will be listed in the Imaging Devices at the Device Manager. :) yay
If you go to your start menu, look for a programme called 'acer crystal eye webcam' and that will bring up your webcam programme.
It is not in the folder 'Acer crystal eye webcam' though, just 'Crystal eye webcam'.
