The sims complete collection wont uninstall and it wont let me remove from my add or remove programs

I had the same problem. I checked every file and theres a simseraser. that didn't work cause ur supposed to used it to get more free space to save more games.so that doesn't work for anything, and i think u dont have any more space. so u installed it wrong. theres also an uninstall aplicaton in the" support" file. that didn't work either.. i think u should wait for a month or so and it will uninstal itself for lack of using. then u can install all over again

Try looking for it in your registry.

At your Start Menu click on Run, type regedit and hit OK

In the registry window that appears click on...

Computer > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Electronic Arts > Sims > Sims 3 > ergc > under "Data" in the column that shows up, search for your key...it should be there.

Needless to say, don't delete anything while in registry unless you know what you're doing

Following a power cut during the game, when I start up Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08, the following error message comes up "the career file could not be found or opened". The program then terminates?

The user files are corrupt. Your going to have to uninstall the game and start over. Make sure you delete any files left in the folder after you uninstall.
