Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

One, try no password, leave it blank. Two, try the shortname ( the current logged in user next to the house ). Call and ask for a manager and ask for a discount. You can change the password, but you need the DVDs it came with.
Let me know, done it a million times.

I suppose you have a l&te 2010 Macbook Air...
- Plug the Macbook Air to a power outlet
- Plug the Macbook Air USB software reinstall drive that came with your Mac (in the little black cardbox) in any USB port - After the initial screen, go to "Utilities" in the menu bar and then choose "Reset Password" - Follow up the process and you should be OK.
Hope this will help. Cheers.

This can be tricky if you are not familiar with the Terminal inside of OSX. If this does not work or you are scared to try it you will need to take this to an Apple Store or purchase another copy of OSX in order to get back into your account.

You will need to delete passwords within Keychain Access app.
go to:your hard drive > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access
In the Category section highlight the "All Items" Click on the first item and highlight it. go to the Edit menu at the top and "Select All"
hit the delete button on the keyboard.
it will ask if you are sure that you want to delete the items. click delete.
and you are done.
