Is a fuel pump on a daewoo leganza the same one they use in the daewoo Lanos. Mine quit and I got another one from the wrecking yard and it doesn't work either. The only other ones they have are in a Daewoo Leganza?
Why would you ever buy a used part for
any vehicle repair,especially a fuel pump.
Must be in some back water part of the world

Hello martin09canc: First thing to do is relieve fuel pressure in the fuel system. Remove the rear seat cushion.Remove the access cover. Disconnect the electrical plug.Would not hurt to disconnect the negative battery cable. This would eliminate any sparks. Remove the sender retaining ring. Lift out the sender unit. Be careful not to spill gas on the carpet. Replace the seal and reverse the operation to install new unit. If you need further help please just ask. If the idler pulley, broke, with the car running, (I think is the most probable), There is no way to fix the car just replacing the timing belt and the idler pulley. This is an interference engine, that means if the timing belt or the idler pulley breaks, you need to replace the whole cylinder head, that's because the valves are bent. I just fix my daewoo, I tried first to just change the idler pulley and set up the time, but it did not work. I had to replace the whole head cylinder, timing belt and pulleys.
I got the information to set up the timing belt from a Library, The program is Mitchell on demand.

you mean the enersia switch...as far i know mostly ford does dat on most car and different name on different vehicle but if you wanna makes sure that its in there check you trunk it should be in there if it does have one..or if you wanna make sure with out looking on your trunk you should your owners manual to see if does have one...happy hunting
