Water light flashing

The magnet inside the float loses its magnetism with age.

Buy a replacement on eBay for a few bucks.

You cannot repair it, but the machine will continue to work fine without it - you just won't get a signal when your water is about to run out.

A refrigerator without a water filter the water dispenser will not will not work am i right with that question?

Hi, W/D here.
The dispenser will actually work without a filter. I can remove my filter, and put on the temporary seal cap, and I get water!
Older versions of refrigerators were connected to water supplies without filters. What happened was that the water might taste "funny", or be discolored, but mostly, unfiltered water tended to kill ice makers. Nowadays, most refrigerators come with expensive filters. Lots of crafty folks put an in-line filter before the refrigerator to make their expensive filter last longer. The water tastes better too!
Best regards, --W/D--

We have a faema e92 but our mains water is off, can we manually fill the tank without mains water?

The machine can sack the water directly from a water tank since the water inlet hose is conected first to presure pump. Just insert the water inlet hose in a water tank, however please take care that if you leave the pump work without ay water for more than 2 minutes the pump might be destroed.

Ran without water will not fill now

Try unplugging the machine for 30 minutes then plugging it back in. I am worried that the pump is bad due to the fact that it needs water to add resistance to work properly and without water the pump spins so free the it burns itself out. But first try unplugging the dishwasher first

Is it OK to run a washer without water

All you can test without water, is the spin and pump functions..
The heater and the wash action will not work without the correct amount of water in the washer.
Hope this helps.

Testing a hot water heater

I would try a continuety test on the element.  You should get no resistance.  If the water heater has been sitting for any real length of time, then it is probably better to just replace, instead of tryin to reuse, especially since you don't want to shower/wash is stagnant water...
Hope this helps

Dishwasher leaves heavy residue

Check your spray arms and look for the holes that water sprays through .Are there any clogged holes.Clean them if you see they are clogged. If not clogged up,your heater is not working ,check for voltage > 120V. If you have 120V. Check water level,it should be just under the heater. PLEASE LEAVE A RATING !!!!!
