Question about Computers & Internet
Just bought new Canon point-and-shoot and downloaded the provided software which included ImageBroswer Ex. It downloaded fine but then when I try to open the program, it only starts up to 80% and then I get an error message that says "failed to load properly.Verify that Silverlight is properly installed and start Image Browser EX again". I've checked Silverlight, even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. no luck. Any ideas because I am stumped?
I would google the problem to see if other people have had this issue and if they were able to resolve it i would also email or call the manufacturer of the product and ask them for some tech support as you cant be the first this has happened too.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It sounds like the uninstall files have been corrupted. The best option in

Just reinstall your webcam driver to fix the missing DLL FILE.
Or go to this link http://www.dll-files.com/.
If still the same, the only solution is to reinstall the operating system and reinstall again the webcam driver which might be corrupted with the windows registry file.

what are facing is a problem caused by a virus that either destroys files that support .exe applications to run or it replaces which makes your machine unstable. my first solution to you is to repair your operating system using the operating system cd. secondly, if that doesn't work please try installing a second os on your system and then you do a dual booting. u then delete the folder of the previous os. if that does not work u backup ur files and then you format ur system with a new os
