If you can get your hands windows disc, re-install and select repair instead of install, follow the prompts and select boot exe that will replace the missing boot files and should reboot your pc normally.

Oxc000000f error screen when starting up computer

1.Boot your computer in Safe Mode by pressing F8 at startup. Then go to My Computer and right-click on Disk C to select Properties from the dropdown menu. From the Tools tab, perform an error check and disk cleaning.
2You just need to download a software can be used to burn your CD/usb into a bootable one and then boot your computer from it. Run the software to fix the issue after that. There are few free software for you to use, so if you want to take this solution money is indispensable. Windows Boot Genius owns a better cost/performance among such kinds of software I've used. It may be a good choice for you if you have money to pay.

Already press f8 and f11 and other f's still it shows WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER, and it says Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

You need to press F11 or F8 before you get to the boot manager. This will allow you to choose a different boot device.

Boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible what do that mean.

Generally, it means the hard drive isn't being seen by the BIOS. So #1 reseat the HDD and then boot to system setup and see if it is being seen and ID'd there. If it is, then run diagnostics on the HDD.
If it is not seen, then the drive has likely failed.
If under warranty, contact HP

Can't boot up without a boot disk

Your computer has been configured to try to "boot" by loading the Operating System from a network-connected "boot-server". Since you're _NOT_ likely to have such a "boot-server" in your home-network, the error-messages that you get are what are _expected_ when your computer is _NOT_ connected via the Ethernet cable to a 'PXE' (Pre-Boot Execution Environment) boot-server.

Enter BIOS-setup, and disable the "boot from network" option.

I will assume that the that the computer is not booting. The error you describe is a boot sector error. i would recommend to boot the computer from DVD and wipe the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. If you not the techie type take the computer to a technician.

Windows failed to start.

You're getting that error message because the boot files on your hard drive (the required inaccessible device) are corrupted.

When first booting, press F8 repeatedly. Will the computer let you go into safe mode? If not, without the installation cd, you're kinda between a rock and a hard place. However, you can download a (free) vista recovery disk (repair only) from the people at easyBCD:
http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/EBCD/Recovering+the+Vista+Bootloader+from+the+DVD

Just follow the directions to do a start up repair.
If that works, by all means, make yourself a recovery cd before doing anything else.
