We set the dishwasher to wash 4 hours later and in the morning the start button was blinking. I try to reset it to wash again but the start button just keeps blinking. We did try to get it in test mode and now all the button lights are lit. How long should it do this we did try to hit cancel but it still has a blinking start light. Any suggestions?

I understand that the clean, wash, and dry buttons on your Frigidaire dishwasher are blinking along with the four LED light. This appears to be a delay start cycle. I would recommend pressing the cancel button. If that does not clear the lights you can perform a reset and to do that you would need to disconnect power from the dishwasher for roughly ten minutes. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
Which model KitchenAid dishwasher do you have? On some models, the Control Lock can be toggled on/off by holding the Energy Saver Dry touch pad for at least 4 seconds or until the Control Lock light turns on or off.
On another model, the touch pad to press and hold is the 4 Hour Delay button. (On that model, you press and hold for 3+ seconds.) There is often a very tiny label below or on the touchpad indicating which key controls the Control Lock.
If you haven't held the button for long enough, pressing the other touch pads will lead to the Control Lock light blinking 3 times if the Control Lock is active.
If the press and hold method still doesn't work after several attempts, then you may have a problem with the control panel. The dishwasher may need repair.
I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the model number so that I can check if a different touch pad key is the correct one for the Control Lock.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa Flashing green light is reset by pressing two buttons in sequence 3-4 times, to reset your dishwasher press these buttons in sequence: High temp wash-heated dry-high temp wash-heated dry Please get back to me if you have any other questions. Kevin
Hi Open the door.
Within 3 seconds press the following sequence --Try pressing normal wash,
heated dry, normal wash, heated dry, normal wash, heated dry three times within
6 seconds and then press cancel to reset the dishwasher. If that doesn't help
then try pressing Saini
Rinse, Heated Dry, Saini Rinse, Heated Dry, Saini Rinse, Heated Dry or Saini Rinse, Air
Rinse, Air Dry, Saini
Rinse, Air Dry 3 times in 6 seconds and then the Cancel Button. Close the door
and press Cancel.
Blinking lights would stop and should be able to use your dishwasher normally.
If the light is still blinking try and reset the power to the dishwasher and
try again. If still the light is blinking then check for the connections on the
keypad, it may be due to moisture or shorted connections on keypad. Hope this
helps... Please post back if you need more information. Daniel
I just read this for the same problem: push sanitize, then heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, cancel, then open and close the door. It worked. The dishwasher is running correctly even as I type this.
