hood should be connected to a fused spur outlet which you havent found. try removing the chimney and you may find it there. chimney only held by 2 screws at top usually.the fuse in the outlet sometimes goes when bulbs blow

I found the part number listed at searspartsdirect.com, but it does not show an illustration. The orginal part number you provided has been discontinued and substituted as #Y0612402. The part costs $23.99 and is listed as a filter, however. I found the part by using the "Find a Part by Part #" on the front page. For confirmation there is a toll free number and email address under the "Contact Us" menu. I hope this helps you.
