Does the igniter glow? You should be able to see it if you remove the little plug on the front lower left of the front panel.

Whirlpool Cabrio - How do I tell if my heating


If you are comfortable useing a volt meter and a ohm meter I can walk you throught the steps otherwise you need to call a repairman, If you are not getting any heat and the tumbler is turning it is possible the element is bad again only a test meter can tell for sure or you can take the dryer apart and look at the element to see if it is broken make sure the power is turned off at the breaker first also unplug the dryer.
