Question about Apple MacBook Mac Notebook

Open Question

Notebook layout is zoomed in

When I open notebook layout, it is zoomed in and appears really large on my screen. I can't figure out how to get it back to the normal size. The zoom function is greyed out. I can get it zoomed back out briefly when I go to File, page set up, scale to 50%, but it doesn't last long and zooms back in. Ideas?

Tap on the screen two times, with three fingers. That should make it zoom back out to normal.

SOURCE: Screen has zoomed in and will not return to normal

Double tap the screen with 3 fingers to undo. Then to turn the feature off, go to settings then accessability and turn "zoom" feature to off.

SOURCE: the screen has zoomed in.

You must have zoomed-in the screen accidentally. To zoom-out, just double-tap anywhere on the screen using 3 of your fingers (simultaneously) and everything will go back to normal.

If you want to zoom-in, just do the same thing.

My iphone icons are enlarged

If the icons on your Home screen appear too large, the zoom feature may be enabled on your device. use iTunes to enable or disable any accessibility feature, including Zoom:
  1. Connect your device to a computer and open iTunes.
  2. Locate and click on the device under Devices
  3. In the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access:
dmooney_eire.png 4, Select Neither to disable Zoom: dmooney_eire_0.png

  1. Click OK and then click Sync to save the changes to your device.

If you do not have access to a computer or iTunes, use the following steps to disable Zoom on the device.

  1. On the Home screen, double-tap with three fingers to exit zoom.
  2. Locate and tap on Settings > General > Accessibility:
Tap Zoom and turn off using the slider:

How do you zoom on a Pantech Crux? I cannot seem to figure it out and I really would enjoy zooming into my picture.

Change the Picture Resolution setting to a lower resolution and then save. Then touch the screen...The zoom function will then appear at the bottom of the screen.

My Acer has been performing great, but suddenly developed a problem yesterday. Now, everytime I open an existing or a new 'word' document and attempt to type on it, a message appears in the bottom left...

This problem is caused by Word opening the document in "reading view," which is a new way of viewing documents added in Word 2013. This view restricts you from editing the document (it is intended as a sort of e-reader type view).
To edit the document, you simply need to switch to the normal "print layout" view. You can do this by clicking the View tab at the top and then clicking Edit Document. (You can also click the "print layout" view button at the bottom-right corner of the window, next to the "zoom" control.)

Can you change the language of a notebook

Yes. Just go into your control panel and find "clock, language and region" area.
You can customize your keyboard for a specific language or format by changing the keyboard layout. The layout controls which characters appear on the screen when you press the keys on your keyboard. Some input languages have several keyboard layouts; others have only one. For example, you can change your keyboard layout from the English QWERTY format to the English Dvorak format. After you change the layout, the characters on your screen might not correspond to the characters on your keyboard keys.
Before you can change the keyboard layout, you must add the input language and keyboard layout that you want to use to Windows.
