if a leak can't be repaired by tightening, you can try taking it apart fully and seeing it anything is twisted or perished. Best way though for trouble free use and peace of mind is a new coupling.

My flushometer kicks in, spays refill water into the tube, for 2-4secs at periodic intervals with out any one touching the lever

The rubber diaphram in the top of the valve could be leaking or wearing out.You could try flipping it over sometimes that helps prolong its life. You could also turn the volume set screw counter clockwise to increase volume which tends to not let the vacume break as easily.Or you can try tightening the flush handle nut if it has gotten sloppy. My guess you will find debris in the large diaphram on top

Try checking the water pressure. If it has dropped too low then the valve will never re-seat properly. Ideally over 90 psi.

Not enough water ,need flush it 3 time in regal flusometer

the right side where water comes to it through wall there is a cap that can be taken off it covers the shut off valve that takes a flat head screw diver to shut off or open up all the wall. check and make sue it is all the way open.

If it is shut it off and the cap on top where the flush handle is remove it once water is turned off and check it out. the kits to rebuild one it should be a 37-a or 36-a to replace this part if that is it.

These are a couple of thing's to check

Urinal will flush, but will not stop.

You will need a sloan rebuild kit. They are inexpensive, and fairly easy to install. Check Sloan's website, or a plumbing supply house for the rebuild kit. You do not have to shut water off to the entire building to do this work. You will notice a chrome cover on the front portion of the line coming out from the wall. Remove this cover, and you will find a flat head screw. Turn the screw clockwise, and this will shut the flow of water off that is going to the area you will need to work on. The rebuild kit will come with instructions on the install. Again, it is relatively easy to replace. Just make sure you shut the water off, or BIG SURPRISES in your future.
