Bypass security system

depends on design on unit, on most you can simply disconnect system power and youre good to go. other in line systems require un installing the unit. either way sounds like the system is causing more problems than its solving. i would suggest removing it entirely

Haier HLP21E Top Load washer keeps beeping & blinking after water intake. It will rinse out the water when 'rinse' pressed. However it does not 'spin' but instead all three orange lights start blinking &...

No spin with alarm means the unit is out of balance.
The troubleshooting manual reads:
"The safety switch acts. The
spinning cannot work (The
WASH, RINSE and SPIN
indicator flash and alarm goes
off every 10 seconds). If
trouble cannot be solved after
alarming, it will alarm again
every few minutes."

To solve this the load must be balanced:

Make sure to level the machine on a solid floor. Also you may have to redistribute the clothing in the tub for even weight distribution.

My radio keeps turning on at the same time (early morning) and after I turn it off, it keeps turning back on (after 10 minutes)

Could it be that by accident you set the alarm for the time it comes on each day and when it does you hit the snooze alarm (instead of the OFF button), which silents it for approx 9 minutes and then it alarms again? Completely turning off the alarm feature will probably solve the problem.

This is not a simple unit to program, as it has so many different functions. However, it ca be done.

Just in case you have misplaced your Owners Manual, I have included a link to it, that's in a pdf format that you can download and print for future reference.

Hope this helps solve your alarming problem. :-)

Hi,

I would assume that your post "radio stop working" refers to a dead radio, no lights no nothing. Should this be the case, then initial checks should be done on the inline fuse at the rear of the radio unit. Additionally, normally there is also a fuse in the fusebox. In most cars radio fuses are in the fusebox inside the car and not the one inside the engine bay. They would often be found on the kick panel, under the dash or somewhere in the center console (if present).

On the other hand, if you are referring to the displaying showing "Cod", this would indicate that somehow the battery was removed and/or went flat and the radio is now in security/alarm mode. You would need to enter the security code normally found in the vehicle's manual.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Durabrand hm3817dt alarm

I just bought the system yesterday and the same thing happened to me. I didn't realize the alarm was set and it kep going off at midnight. I think I just solved the problem. While the unit is off, press the standby button then the alarm button and wait for the alarm symbol to go away. This should do it.

I have another problem. Every time I turn the unit on, it comes on at about an 18 sound level waking everybody up. This happens even if the radio has been playing on low before turning it off.

Any solution to this problem would be appreciated.

David.

Hi Domingos,
Yes you're right !!! PF1 is the fuse and PD701 is the diode...
What are the results from measurements ?
Is the fuse grilled ? And is the diode OK ?
Do you have the voltage somewhere ? or is it shorted beetwen + and - ?
Regards.
