If Your Travelmate comes with Preloaded operating system.You must have operating system Cd. If it is not u r not having operating system CD. may u r trying using driver and documentation cd.It is not a bootable operating CD.
2.if u r using right cd then go to bios setting select option cd as first bootable device.
what cable data brand and model did you have? If you buy Mobile Action or otherbrand cable data, usually they include file manager software at their bundled cd.
Samsung have their own file manager call Easy Gprs or Easy Link, it depend on your handset model.
