Try changing what frequency the phone runs on. That might correct your problem. You can find the setting in the same menu as you would find what network youre connected to.

Try to get the latest firmware (either from your provider's website, or directly from Blackberry website), then load it onto your Blackberry using the Desktop Manager (also available from Blackberry website).
