Question about Whirlpool Duet 7.0 Cu. Ft. 7-Cycle Super Capacity Plus Gas Dryer - White-on-White
Hi! I was in the middle of washing clothes and it seemed like I had loaded too much and the spinny thing was working harder and harder to wash and eventually it stopped after about 2 minutes. I stopped the wash completely and found some clothes had wrapped themselves around the spinny thing (sorry don't know correct term) took them out unplugged the whole thing and it is still not working. What could it be? Motor or something? It is an electric washer Whirlpool extra large capacity 7 cycle probably around 10 years old. Please help! My clothes are soaking wet!
My wife did the same thing, trying to do all the laundry at one time.Even if it says high load compasity it will only handle so much.sounds like you killed your motor.Hope this helped.
